Dr. Thomas Raley, MD, Founder
Dr. Raley graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1991. He received his medical degree from top rated Indiana University School of Medicine. After completing his Orthopedic residency in Michigan, he completed a 12 month fellowship at the State University of New York in Syracuse, New York.
Dr. Raley’s research appears in leading medical journals and he has authored chapters in many surgical textbooks. Dr. Raley is active in the design and implementation of many new procedures and surgical instruments. He has traveled extensively across the United States and internationally, lecturing and teaching other physicians state of the art surgical techniques.

Dr. Raley has specialized training in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, Pain Management and General Orthopedic Care. He performs many of his cervical and lumbar surgical procedures on an outpatient basis. He is an internationally known leading Spine Surgeon performing minimally invasive surgeries and procedures.

He is a member of the North American Spine Society (NASS), Society of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (SMISS), Spine Arthroplasty Society (SAS), American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), and the Arlington County Medical Society. Doctor Raley also leads a team of pain specialists and surgeons at Advanced Spine and Pain.
