  • What type of medical treatment do you provide?

    We provide urgent care medicine & most of the services primary care doctors provide. And we have certified medical examiners on staff to provide DOT physical exams.

  • Do I have to make an appointment?

    No, we welcome walk-in patients during our normal hours. However, you’re welcome to schedule an appointment as well.

  • Is check-in available on-line?

    No. However, we will be integrating a patient portal, as well as the ability to check-in on-line, in the near future.

  • Do you treat all ages?

    Yes, our physicians are family medicine certified and have extensive experience treating all ages.

  • Is the staff bilingual?

    Yes. Members of Priority Care’s staff speak English & Spanish. However, we are switching our Spanish phone number, so please call the main office for Spanish.

  • Do you treat STDs?

    Yes. We have testing services and medical care for sexually transmitted diseases.

  • Do you treat allergies?

    Yes, we treat both chronic and acute allergies.

  • Do you provide seasonal flu vaccinations?

    We offer limited vaccinations. To verify that we have them in stock please contact the office prior to arrival.

  • Do you do gyn exams?

    Yes, we offer PAPs and Pelvic Exams.

  • I am going abroad, do you offer travel immunizations?

    At this time we offer limited immunizations as we wait for an increase in our inventory. Contact our office for an updated list of immunizations & vaccinations.

  • Do you perform abortions?

    No.

  • Who should I contact and when with questions about my bill?

    The phone number listed on the website will direct you to a member of our staff billing department. You can call during normal business hours.

  • What is the Priority Care payment plan?

    Copays & deductibles are due at the time of the visit. If there is a change in your bill you will receive an updated statement with the amount owed or a refund.

  • How much will the visit cost with insurance?

    The cost of the visit will vary depending on your insurance type, deductible, and CoPay.

  • I have questions about my insurance benefits. Can you help?

    A member of our qualified staff can answer most questions you have at the time of your visit or you can call. However, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly as benefits vary from one insurer to another.
