Priority Care Clinics’ trained medical staff performs physicals for patients and families for a variety of reasons. We offer Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, and physicals for school, camp, or sports.
Physical Exams for Sports or School
Sports, camp, and school are performed by a family medicine certified examiner to determine if a participant is medically and physically able to partake in relevant activities.
Department of Transportation Physical Exams
DOT physicals are performed by licensed medical examiners in accordance with US Dept. of Transportation. Download a DOT medical examination report to have completed by our staff. We also have forms available at our office. Visit our DOT physicals page to learn more about our certified DOT physicals, clinic locations, costs, and how to prepare.
If you have questions regarding a service, questions about pediatric care, or anything else please contact our office or email us.
